With a formula based on demonurea and sulfuric acid, manufactured with a technology that allows high safety in handling while remaining a very acidic product.
The combination of both elements, urea and sulfuric acid, provides a broad mode of action:
Barcode Num —————————————————- 8436614181453
Types | % |
Urea nitrogen (N) | 15 % |
Sulfuric anhydride (SO3) soluble in water | 40% |
Dosage and method of use:
It should be applied with each irrigation at a rate of 1 L- 1.5 L/Ha.
Dosage with manual pH control: Inject an initial dose of 0.1-0.2 L for each m3 of irrigation water into the irrigation network, subsequently adjusting the injection flow meter.
Automatic pH control: Adjust the nutrient solution’s pH between 5.5-6.
The automatic controller will determine the dose of ACIDUR. In this method, it is necessary that the incorporation into the irrigation system be carried out after dilution in the acid tank to 10-20% (10-20 L per 100 L of water).
As a pipe and irrigation system unblocker:
• Shock treatment: bring the pH of the irrigation water up to 3-4 at the emission level through the drippers (500-800 cc/m3 of water) maintaining irrigation for about 3 hours. Approximate total expenditure of 25-35 liters/Ha.
• Maceration treatment: bring the irrigation water to pH 3 at the level of the drippers (800-1,000 cc/m3 of water), water for 20 minutes, stop the injection of the product, and leave the water with ACIDUR to macerate in the pipes. irrigation for several hours. Start watering again with the product for about 30 minutes, continue watering with plain water for 20 more minutes and open the terminals of the irrigation lines. This technique involves a cost of 10-15 L/ha of product.
NOTE: With each liter of ACIDUR, 223 g of nitrogen and 240 g of sulfur are supplied, which must be taken into account when fertilizing.
Compatibility:
Follow the following recommendations:
• ACIDUR cannot be mixed in the same tank or reservoir with concentrated fertilizer solutions, nor with fertilizers or commercial products that have not been previously diluted in water.
• Do not mix with ammoniacal fertilizers (mono ammonium, ammonium sulfate, ammonium nitrate, ammonium polysulfide, ammonium thiosulfate) or with products containing chlorine.
• When applied with calcium nitrate, it must be injected into the irrigation network separately.
• Compatible materials: polyethylene, polypropylene, PVC, CPCB, ceramic, 416 L stainless steel, Teflon, Viton, EPDM, Kynar.
